All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping is 3-7 days depending on location. Holidays and National events may delay these times.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations will have additional charges and/or rates due to US shipping restrictions. We do not cover any customs fees related to international orders.

Our Subscription Policy:

In the event that the customer would like to cancel their subscription they must cancel via the Subscription portal or by contacting a Dr. Brite representative at least one (1) day before the next scheduled payment in their billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following subscription. Your subscription can be cancelled anytime in the account portal found  here. 

Due to their discount, subscription orders are final sale and not eligible for cancellation or return/refund.

Our Return Policy:


Does not apply to subscriptions or oral care.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date for orders placed on drbrite.com and shipping within the contiguous United States. After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. Original shipping and handling fees and “Duties & Taxes Reimbursements” will not be refunded. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post. Please note that all sales outside of the contiguous US (Hawaii and Alaska), APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses are final. For more information on returns, refunds and exchanges, please review the policies below.

Non-Refundable/Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns or refunds for oral care products or subscription based products.

How do I return my item?
Email us at help@drbrite.com that you would like to return your items. Drop off your items in a package at the closest FedEx or USPS location for return.
Dr. Brite does not provide the return label.

How is my money returned:
Items must be returned to us within 30 days of the order date. Once we receive your item(s), please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund. 

PayPal / Credit / Debit Cards: If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be issued back to the applicable account. If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be issued back to your card. The time it will take for your refund to post to your bank account, PayPal account, or credit card will vary. 

My product is damaged:
IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM, YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO CONTACT US. Please email us at help@drbrite.com with your order number and a photo of the product you received. If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, the sale will be final.

Lost or Stolen Items:

Once we transfer Dr. Brite orders into our shippers care they are responsible for delivering your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shown as delivered.

However please email us within 5 days of your scheduled delivery and we can attempt to assist you and contact your mail carrier to file a claim.

*COVID-19 STATEMENT: Due to the extraordinary circumstances during this time, the above shipment time may be impacted and we cannot guarantee our normal shipping period of 2-7 business days. Any delay may vary depending on your local courier. These delays are unfortunately out of our control, but we do apologize on behalf of the courier in advance and very much appreciate your patience and business during this time.
