WHITENING KITS: 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy:

We guarantee that your teeth will improve by a minimum of 2 shades whiter after using our Extreme Whitening Kit.

Our 100% money back guarantee relates to your first purchase of the Extreme Whitening Kit and excludes all other products/future kit orders/shipping costs. Any claim under the guarantee must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the Whitening Kit.

To qualify for our 100% money back guarantee simply follow the instructions below:

  • Take a photo of your teeth the day of your first application with a time stamp.
  • Following the instructions on the back of your kit box carefully.
  • Complete your final application and take a photo of your teeth and the used gel syringes. Both images should be time stamped.
  • Email our Customer Service Team at team@drbrite.com with the above information.

Your money back application will ordinarily be processed within 3 business days of submission. Please remember to submit your application within 30 days of receiving the product/s and that the photos have valid date and time stamps.

Applications that do not meet this criteria will not be approved for refund. We reserve our right to reject a refund request in the event that we are not satisfied (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.

Our Return Policy:
This 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is in effect from orders placed November 5, 2020, 5PM PST and later. Does not apply to subscriptions or face masks. Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date for orders placed on drbrite.com and shipping within the contiguous United States. After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. Original shipping and handling fees and “Duties & Taxes Reimbursements” will not be refunded. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post. Please note that all sales outside of the contiguous US (Hawaii and Alaska), APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses are final. For more information on returns, refunds and exchanges, please review the policies below.

Non-Refundable/Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns or refunds for facial coverings or subscription based products.

How do I return my item?
Email us at team@drbrite.com that you would like to return your items. Drop off your items in a package at the closest FedEx or USPS location for return.
Dr. Brite does not provide the return slip.

How is my money returned:
Items must be returned to us within 30 days of the order date. Once we receive your item(s), please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund. PayPal / Credit / Debit Cards: If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be issued back to the applicable account. If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be issued back to your card. The time it will take for your refund to post to your bank account, PayPal account, or credit card will vary. 

My product is damaged:
IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM, YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO CONTACT US. Please email us at team@drbrite.com with your order number and a photo of the product you received. If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, the sale will be final.
Lost or Stolen Items:

Once we transfer Dr. Brite orders into our shippers care they are responsible for delivering your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shown as delivered.

However please email us within 5 days of your scheduled delivery and we can attempt to assist you and contact your mail carrier to file a claim.

Shipping:

All orders are same day if placed before 3 PM PST. Shipping is typically 2-4 days. or 4-7 days depending on location. Holidays and National events may delay these times. Discounts or promotional items cannot be combined.

Free Shipping for orders over $50 applies to US contiguous orders only. Does not apply to custom orders. All custom orders will be charged for shipping.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations will have additional charges and/or rates due to US shipping restrictions.
