Our Return Policy:
Does not apply to subscriptions or oral care.
Email us at email@example.com that you would like to return your items. Drop off your items in a package at the closest FedEx or USPS location for return.
Dr. Brite does not provide the return label.

Items must be returned to us within 30 days of the order date. Once we receive your item(s), please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund.
PayPal / Credit / Debit Cards: If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be issued back to the applicable account. If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be issued back to your card. The time it will take for your refund to post to your bank account, PayPal account, or credit card will vary.
Lost or Stolen Items:
Once we transfer Dr. Brite orders into our shippers care they are responsible for delivering your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shown as delivered.
However please email us within 5 days of your scheduled delivery and we can attempt to assist you and contact your mail carrier to file a claim.
*COVID-19 STATEMENT: Due to the extraordinary circumstances during this time, the above shipment time may be impacted and we cannot guarantee our normal shipping period of 2-7 business days. Any delay may vary depending on your local courier. These delays are unfortunately out of our control, but we do apologize on behalf of the courier in advance and very much appreciate your patience and business during this time.
