Dr. Brite was founded and created by a dentist and a medical doctor: Dr. Pooneh Ramezani and Dr. Paris Sabo. Dr. Sabo and Dr. Ramezani fused their years of medical knowledge with the latest in natural ingredient research to help craft Dr. Brite's safe and effective oral care and cleaning essential products.

Dr. Brite is proudly vegan and cruelty-free! We are also Leaping Bunny certified.

Dr. Brite is manufactured in sunny Orange County, CA. We are committed to a comprehensive set of good manufacturing practices (GMPs). Our GMPs included requirements specific to product safety, safe and fair labor, and environmental stewardship. Dr. Brite is a Certified B Corp company. Yes! However shipping rates may be higher than US rates.

Subscription orders will be processed on the frequency selected at the time the subscription was established. To change your shipping date, please log in to your account and manage your subscription.

Please remember that orders cannot be edited once process begins. All processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.

Once we transfer Dr. Brite orders into our shippers care they are responsible for delivering your order.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shown as delivered, please contact your mail carrier to file a claim with them.

Subscribing is easy; it can be done while browsing on a product page. To get started, simply select the "Subscribe & Save" option for your desired product, select your preferred shipment frequency and then check out as normal.

After you subscribe, you can access the Subscriptions section in your account where you can manage your future orders, subscription items, and account information.

We will place your subscription orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is processed. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your subscription account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.

Dr. Brite uses ReCharge for our subscription based service.

You can choose from select frequency options depending on the product.

Your subscription is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, select your frequency, or cancel a subscription by visiting 'My Subscriptions' located within your account.

Your next scheduled order will be listed in the subscription section of 'My Account'.

You can delay you next shipment by up to 90 days in the Subscription section in 'My Account'.

If you wish to cancel, you can do so online at any time in the Subscription section of 'My Account'. Select 'Cancel' on the subscription you would like to cancel, followed by the reason why.

You will recieve a confirmation email when your subscription has been canceled.

You must cancel your subscription 2 days before the next charge date.

Dr. Brite does not accept or process returns or exchanges for subscription items. Due to hygenic standards and box customization we cannot accept any returned subscription items.

Yes, all of our boxes and plastic packaging are recyclable. If you have any questions please email us at team@drbrite.com.

The majority of our cardboard contains recycled content, to the highest degree allowed by the paperboard industy's standards.

Our boxes are 100% printed in the USA, and whenever possible we source material from local mills with the highest available recycled content.

Yes! Overall health starts in the mouth, and our products are packed with ingredients that promote healthy teeth, soothe gums, reduce inflammation, and control bad bacteria.

Dr. Brite is a line of naturally derived, non-toxic oral care products. We only use the highest grade and purest plant based ingredients. All of our products are always: Cruelty Free, Gluten Free, Paraben Free, Non-GMO, Phthalate Free, and Fluoride Free.

Most natural toothpastes don't include any ingredients that remineralize your enamel the way that fluoride does in traditional toothpaste. We use hydroxyapatite which has been shown in studies to remineralize your enamel as well as or even better than, fluoride!

Hydroxyapatite is a natural mineral that makes up to 97% of your teeth's enamel and 60% of your bones. Yes! We have a SLS-FREE, naturally derived foaming agent made from coconuts that is added to our toothpastes. Plus, we never use sulfate derivatives to get away with claiming "sulfate-free".

None of our products contain soy or soy derivatives.

All of our products are nut-free, but the majority contain some form of coconut.

Yes! All of our products are gluten-free.

Absolutely! Hydroxyapatite has natural anti-sensitivity properties.

This is the perfect concentration level because it doesn't evaporate too quickly and is very effective. Even though isopropyl is harsh on the bacteria, it remains soft on your skin and can even work as an antiseptic. IPA is also the most common type of alcohol used by hospitals.

Yes! Dr. Brite Pet Products are safe for cats & dogs of all ages. All products are made with natural ingredients and free of toxic parabens, alcohol, sulfates, and chlorine.
