My product is damaged:
IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM, YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO CONTACT US. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the product you received. If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, the sale will be final.
Lost or Stolen Items:
Once we transfer Dr. Brite orders into our shippers care they are responsible for delivering your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shown as delivered.
However please email us within 5 days of your scheduled delivery and
