Returns, refunds, and replacements are given out on a case-by-case basis. The Happiness Guarantee only applies to first time orders of the Advanced Whitening Kit. If there is an error in your order, regardless of whether it’s a first or subsequent order, please let us know at team@drbrite.com. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the package was incorrectly shipped (wrong destination, product damaged during shipment, etc.).

How do I return my item?
Email us at help@drbrite.com that you would like to return your items. Drop off your items in a package at the closest FedEx or USPS location for return.
Dr. Brite does not provide the return label.

How is my money returned:
Items must be returned to us within 30 days of the order date. Once we receive your item(s), please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund. 

PayPal / Credit / Debit Cards: If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be issued back to the applicable account. If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be issued back to your card. The time it will take for your refund to post to your bank account, PayPal account, or credit card will vary. 

My product is damaged:
IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM, YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO CONTACT US. Please email us at help@drbrite.com with your order number and a photo of the product you received. If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, the sale will be final.

Lost or Stolen Items:

Once we transfer Dr. Brite orders into our shippers care they are responsible for delivering your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shown as delivered.
