REFUND / RETURN POLICY:
Dr. Brite operates Monday - Friday from 9AM to 5PM PST*

If you have a question or concern about your order please email us at email@example.com and we will assist you during normal business hours.
For applicable products: 48-72 hours after your package has been received, your credit card on file will be refunded. Refund includes price of products minus any shipping costs or discounts received.
If shipped internationally, any shipping charges, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
All online orders must be returned through Dr. Brite Customer Care and in-store purchases must be returned to the store of purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks after receipt of us receiving returned product for refund processing.
Orders cannot be edited or canceled after they have been processed, however once you receive your package you can file for a return / refund / exchange.
