FREE US SHIPPING
Free shipping is available for all orders over $59 when shipped to addresses in the United States. Those orders less than $59 will include a weight-based shipping fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international shipments, fees are based on weight - shipping charges apply to all international orders. Please note that you are responsible for any additional taxes and duties upon delivery.

SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days from our headquarters in Southern California via USPS. If an order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

CARRIER AND TRACKING
Dr. Brite ships all orders through United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

REFUND / RETURN POLICY:

Dr. Brite operates Monday - Friday from 9AM to 5PM PST*

For applicable products: 48-72 hours after your package has been received, your credit card on file will be refunded. Refund includes price of products minus any shipping costs or discounts received.

If shipped internationally, any shipping charges, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. 

All online orders must be returned through Dr. Brite Customer Care and in-store purchases must be returned to the store of purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks after receipt of us receiving returned product for refund processing.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Orders cannot be edited or canceled after they have been processed, however once you receive your package you can file for a return / refund / exchange.
