*We offer a 100% results guarantee, not a 100% money-back guarantee. We are not allowed to accept returns or issue refunds in cash due to the nature of the product and strict hygiene regulations. All refunds are issued as store credit. The 100% results guarantee means we can replace your whitening serum and send you additional products if you are unhappy with your whitening results. The product must be at least half full and returned within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with shipping products back to Dr. Brite.

For all refund inquiries, please email team@drbrite.com within 30 days of purchase. 

48-72 hours after your package has been received, your credit card on file will be refunded. Refund includes price of products minus any shipping costs or discounts received.

If shipped internationally, any shipping charges, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. 

All online orders must be returned through Dr. Brite Customer Care and in-store purchases must be returned to the store of purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks after receipt of us receiving returned product for refund processing.

 

Damaged Products
Within five (5) business days of receiving any damaged products please email team@drbrite.com. We are not responsible for products reported damaged after this period of time.


Lost and Stolen Orders
Once we transfer Dr. Brite orders into our shippers care they are responsible for delivering your order. We are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shown as delivered. For lost of physically damaged orders please contact your local USPS.
