Dr. Brite was founded and created by a dentist and a medical doctor: Dr. Pooneh Ramezani and Dr. Paris Sabo.

All Dr. Brite products are formulated to work for all oral care needs, regardless of age or gender.

Dr. Brite is a line of naturally derived, non-toxic oral care products. We only use the highest grade and purest plant based ingredients. All of our products are always:

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR ME?

ARE YOU VEGAN AND CRUELTY-FREE?

Dr. Brite is proudly vegan and cruelty-free! We are also Leaping Bunny certified. 🐰

IS DR. BRITE PARABEN AND SULFATE-FREE?

Yes! We have an SLS-FREE, naturally derived foaming agent made from coconuts that is added to our toothpastes. Plus, we never use sulfate derivatives to get away with claiming "sulfate-free".

DO ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN SOY OR SOY DERIVATIVES?

None of our products contain soy or soy derivatives.

DO ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?

All of our products are nut-free, but the majority contain some form of coconut. 🥥

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?

Yes, all of our products are gluten-free.

WHAT IS THE MOUTH FEEL / TEXTURE OF YOUR TOOTHPASTES?

Our new toothpaste formulas use a naturally derived foaming agent that creates a more traditional toothpaste feel and foaminess.

WHAT IS THE SHELF-LIFE OF ORAL-CARE DR. BRITE PRODUCTS?

SEALED: 1 - 2 years if stored properly. OPENED: 3 months if stored properly.

WHAT IS THE SHELF-LIFE OF SANITIZER, DISINFECTING SPRAY, AND CASTILE SOAP?

SEALED: 18 months if stored properly. OPENED: 6 months if stored properly.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE DURING PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING?

Yes, but as always, you should consult your doctor first, especially when considering the use of any teeth whitening product.

DO YOU HAVE SAMPLES?

Yes! If you would like some samples added to your order please mention that in the shipping notes.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes! However rates may be higher.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards and debit cards. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.

WHAT IS THE FREQUENCY OF MY BRITE BOX DELIVERY?

Every two months you will receive your personal Brite Box, delivered right to your doorstep.

CAN I CANCEL MY BRITE BOX DELIVERY?

Absolutely. After you receive your first box, you can edit or cancel your subscription.

BRITE BOX RETURN POLICY

Dr. Brite does not accept or process returns or exchanges for the Brite Boxes. Due to hygienic standards and box customization we cannot accept any returned bottles, whitening kits, or sonic toothbrushes in exchange for a refund.

PRODUCTS IN THE BRITE BOX

All Brite Box products are designed and curated by our dental professional to help you with your specific oral care condition. Consistency is key to get the best results. These products are made to make your mouth happy and healthy.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

We suggest that kids under 13 years old do not subscribe to the Brite Boxes.

CAN I USE OTHER ORAL CARE PRODUCTS WITH MY BRITE BOX?

We recommend that you only use these products on a daily basis.

If you have been using other products for a specific oral care issue and are hesitant to discontinue them, please feel free to email us at team@drbrite.com

CAN MY FAMILY MEMBERS SHARE MY BRITE BOX PRODUCTS?

We recommend that only you use the products as they have been curated for you according to the results of your quiz. With oral care, not everyone has the same problems. If you are happy with your Brite Box, we encourage you to have your family members take the quiz and receive their own custom box.

CAN I UPGRADE MY PLAN?

To upgrade, head to your Subscription Plan Page to select the Brite Box.

Shipments are every 60 days / price may vary on specific Brite Boxes (free S&H).

We also offer the Brite Box products to be purchased individually as well. So if you decide to add other products, we made this very simple. Just chose the "Add to Cart" button instead of the "Subscribe and Save". This will be added to your cart as a one time purchase.

WHAT IS RECHARGE?

Dr. Brite uses ReCharge for our subscription based service.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders CANNOT be edited or canceled after they have been processed.

If you have a question or concern about your order please email us at team@drbrite.com and we will assist you during normal business hours.

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes. You can login into your account and cancel at anytime. However the cancelation will be in effect the following month.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY?

Due to the recent state of affairs, we do not accept any returns.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?

We are not responsible for any products damaged after they leave our facility.

However please email us with pictures up to 5 days after receiving your products, and we can attempt to assist you.

LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS

Once we transfer Dr. Brite orders into our shippers care they are responsible for delivering your order.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shown as delivered, please contact your mail carrier to file a claim with them.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR EMAIL LIST?

Each email we send has a convenient "unsubscribe" link at the bottom that will remove you from our mailing list if entered properly.

I AM HAVING A REACTION, WHAT DO I DO?

Dr. Brite isn’t designed to handle medical emergencies. If you are having a true medical emergency, dial 911. If you are experiencing any other type of reaction that is not a true medical emergency, we recommend that you contact your primary care provider and/or go to your nearest urgent care center or emergency room.

DOING OUR PART

To cut down on our waste we will be repurposing original, new & unused, Dr. Brite toothpaste tubes. These tubes are 100% sterile and will be filled and relabelled with your specific formula.

This costs a little more, but we believe our environment is worth it.

IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?

Yes, all of our boxes and plastic packaging are recyclable. If you have any questions please email us at team@drbrite.com.

The majority of our cardboard contains recycled content, to the highest degree allowed by the paperboard industry's standards.

Our boxes are 100% printed in the USA and, whenever possible, we source material from local mills with the highest available recycled content.

IS YOUR PACKAGING BPA FREE?

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ETHICALLY MADE?

Dr. Brite is manufactured in sunny Orange County, CA. We are committed to a comprehensive set of good manufacturing practices (GMPs). Our GMPs include requirements specific to product safety, safe and fair labor, and environmental stewardship.

Dr. Brite is a Certified B Corp company. Using business as a force for good - good for our environment, good for our customers and good for our employees.
