Dr. Brite Participates in Giving Tuesday

A Commitment to Giving Back Today & Every Day
There are a lot of crazy, fun holidays that pop up in our calendars throughout the year like Hug Your Cat Day and National S'mores Day, but there's one that's very near and dear to our hearts...Giving Tuesday. The #GivingTuesday movement started here in the US back in 2012, with a simple objective: to follow the shopping frenzy of Black Friday and Cyber Monday with a focus on giving back.
Giving Tuesday has become a globally celebrated day of giving and has gained tremendous influence thanks to social media and the #GivingTuesday hashtag. This special opportunity encourages people around the world to contribute to the causes they care about most. This day also kicks off the charitable season, though for Dr. Brite giving back is a year long activity.
Dr. Brite donates 5% of our annual revenue in the form of product or cash donations to nonprofits. This includes large donations of our nontoxic oral care products to those in need. In addition to donations, we also arrange paid volunteer days. We also hire people who care about the community and we strive to honor their values.
Dr. Paris Sabo and Dr. Pooneh Ram, the Dr. Brite founders, also dedicate their time to grassroots educational programs that teach children and adults the importance of hygiene and being mindful of dangerous chemicals. Your purchases make it possible for us to support nonprofits that we truly believe in.
Two Amazing Non-Profit Partners
Breast Cancer Fund
Breast Cancer Fund, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, that is dedicated to preventing breast cancer by reducing and ultimately eliminating our exposure to toxic chemicals, radiation and environmental health issues linked to the disease.
We felt a connection to the Breast Cancer Fund, because like us they are on a mission to educate children and adults about mindful choices and eliminate exposure to toxic chemicals.
Jamboree Housing Corporation
Founded in 1990, this organization develops quality, affordable housing for working families, seniors and those with special needs.
In addition to providing warm, supportive communities they also offer their residents a variety of programs designed to improve health, wellness and nutrition. Here at Dr. Brite, we understand the important connection between health and housing.
